Great singer! Great tunes with — Powerful insightful lyrics! “You’re Beautiful” was gorgeous & stellar — but “Goodbye my lover” decimated me. So powerful & raw. The rest of the album does not stray far from that. Totally real.

These songs are all filled with passion and emotion unrivalled by most artists out there. The story's told by No Bravery and Goodbye My Lover are truly gut wrenching. This is rightly the best selling album in Britain during the 2000s. To the people who find the f-bomb in You're Beautiful reprehensible, you're wrong. The f-bomb is actually apt because what Blunt is trying to do is express his anger in blowing a potentially important moment in his romantic life. He was stoned (f-ing high) when he met the girl of his fantasies. That's a dissapointingly low moment and it made him angry. It's hardly the best song in the album anyway, so it doesn’t really matter that much in the larger scheme of things. This abum is airy, dark, and beautiful all at the same time. Fanatstic work from a talented and unfairly disparaged artist.

5.99 really?! Yes please! I had to double check to make sure I didn't make a mistake. I love this album, would have definitely paid more for it.
