Harold Budd spent part his youth growing up in Victorville in the Mojave Desert. Proofing that anything is possible ! Pavilion of Dreams is a perfect title for its effects on the listener - 5 Stars

The review posted by Apple is frankly, lame. The first track is by far the best song. At over 18 minutes in length it’s a song you wish played all day. The pace is wonderful and takes you to another world effortlessly where you loose track of time. A friend of mine found this record on discount in the early eighties. I have listened to it ever since. It never grows old, it is timeless.
