I was fortunate to get a copy of this from a friend because they know I love holiday music and Celtic music. This album really is beautiful and being a long time fan of The Chieftains and being familiar with Alyth McCormack's music, I was excited to listen. The album does not disappoint. Beautifully constructed arrangements full of creative instrumentation and lilting vocals on some. It immediately makes me feel the comfort and beauty of the holidays and I really like that the ones I purchased as gifts a a result of receiving it, will help an organization like Living Waters for the World to get clean water to people. If you're looking or a wonderful addition to your holiday collection, buy a copy or two or three. You'll be very satisfied and you'll be helping others too.
