This album if marketed properly when it was originally released would have been a monster classic hit. It is well produced and every song is great. Play it loud !

Every track is better than everything on London Calling.

Giving this album one star because you had trouble downloading it is super lame. The ratings are for the albums - not your iTunes experience.

Englsih Civil War, Last Gang in Town & the last song do not properly download. only the 1st 5 seconds do for each of these. Very frustrating becuase there is no support to correct this after you pay and attempt to download.

Give 'Em Enough Rope by The Clash is great in every way. I don't know how long it has been on iTunes but, for it to have NO reviews or ratings is truly a crime - no matter how long it's been here. This is The Clash we're talking about - one of the most influential and important bands of all time. There is a reason they were called The Only Band That Matters - give this (or any of their music) a listen and find out why. My favorite song here is "Tommy Gun", but they are all great. On this, their second release, you can really hear them venture into a variety of musical genres - something that is a big part of what made them great.
