I heard her interview on NPR (LA's Take Two show on KPCC) and immediately knew i had to get this album. Totally worth the money!

I just heard of this album yesterday from my best friend and I can't get Enough of it! Her voice is amazing. Love love love it.

I recently discovered Ms. Irene Diaz on one of NPRs music podcasts and I cannot stop listening. Irene's voice is gorgeous, rich and full of emotion. I can't wait to see what comes in the future. For now the full EP will keep me satiated and will be one of my newest favorite discoveries.

Through her music and interviews Irene comes across as a bright lovely young woman, a true extension of herself. Certainly someone i'd like to hear more from.

Heard one of her songs on npr's alt latino podcast the other day and had to buy the album. Amazing, haunting voice. Love!

She has been compared to others, but I think of her as a singer/songwriter with sublime vocals akin to Patsy Cline soaring at her best, as well as the more contemporary Norah Jones soft subtitlies. Of course, she has her own sound, but I am merely trying to paint a flavour that resonates from her music. Very highly recomended! [brad]
