More or less. Ives is the clear hevyweight wile Stucky and Rouse are average at best. They sound more like John Adams wannabe's while dipping their toes into the more mature European sound world. Gilbert and the NYP do a fairly decent job. It's not that hard to play throug the Stucky or Rouse, but the Ives is a monster of a masterpiece and they play though it as well as they can.
