I can't say enough how much I love these guys! They are spectacularly awesome live and this new album is so amazing! I love every single song and I've had the pleasure of seeing most of these songs performed live which is such a treat cause Franz Ferdinand is one of those rare bands that sound amazing live and their gigs are so much fun. They are sweet guys and genuinely care about their fans . The bonus album is well worth the extra cash cause it's a live album and sounds totally awesome . I absolutely recommend getting this album .
Great!!!!!!!!!

Franz Ferdinand for over a decade now has delivered to a generation good music and how music should be: "always evolving," as Alex Kapranos the lead in the quartet band from Glasgow. They have maintained their promise that the albums would always sound different from the other ones and that they would evolve their music that would best suit their fans and themselves. Great album love the lyrics, the use of synth, getting really rock popish with "Love Illumination" and "Bullet", bass and lyric driven in "The Universe Expanded", and quiet and soft songs of "Good Bye Lovers and Friends" and "Brief Encounters".
More FF goodness.

Franz Ferdinand have always been a tight, tune-filled band. They always seem to float on and off the radar, but are always good. "Right Words, Right Action" is better than good though. It is a great set of songs, delivered in classic debut album fashion. I think its better than the first album. It's as sharp as that album, but benefits from their growth as musician and songwriters. The deluxe edition adds live versions of some of their best songs, and they are AMAZING live. So amazingly tight. The live version of "Do You Wanna" alone is worth the purchase price.
