Bach played in a pseudo baroque style, sung by Wagner's b*stard children. It's a strange combination that almost works. Gilbert has never been known as a baroque specialist nevermind Bach so perhaps he can be forgiven for this transgression. The playing by the instramentalists is OK, but they aren't exactly the BCJ or Amsterdam Baroque. -Bz
