unexpectedly outstanding soundtrack

I thoroughly enjoyed state of decay, and i will likely go back and play it over again because it was so much fun. I didn't expect a soundtrack so deep and brilliant as this offers. it's a great compliment to a zombie game, especially since it has an overtone that supports southern goth, with lots of acoustic guitar riffs and very dark synth. Most of the music supports that feeling you have of the unexpected lurking around every corner, as you loot and fight off hordes of undead.
The soundtrack can be almost too moody at time, but then again that is why it works to perfection. just amazing. it's unfortunate this game went under the radar and should have been offered on PSN not just Xbox and PC

Jepser Kyd does it again in his newest made soundtrack for "State of Decay." Jesper does an amazing job capturing the atmosphere and drawing the emotion that comes with surviving in a Zombie Apocalypse. The emotional pieces as well as the upbeat tempos mixed in convey the dreary desperation as well as the survival instinct. A must have for fans of the game as well as the zombie genre.
