  • Jimmy Buffett Live in Hawaii

The Album Review is essentially correct. There isn't really anything new here. But-and it's a big but the patter between songs is fresh, the lyrics switched around just enough to make it feel like you're not just listening to an old album. And for those Parrotheads in the cold north who don't get to see Jimmy often, it's like a cheap trip to Maui.
  • Missing Bonus Video Coverage

This album -- a solid addition to any Parrothead's collection and a nice snapshot of Jimmy's recent live sound for those less familiar -- is a dollar cheaper and includes a bonus DVD at Amazon. At least iTunes should include the bonus video if it's going to charge so much -- otherwise, I'd go ahead and get the physical CDs with bonus DVD elsewhere.

Typical Buffett, corny narration followed by classic songs with a tropical twist. Buffett sounds more polished in this live version but it sounds very similar to You Had to Be There Live recorded in the Fox Theater in Atlanta. Having followed his career for over 20 years I can truly say that JIMMY BUFFETT music is timeless and this is a must for the true Parrot Heads.

This is such a awesome cd because it has cheeseburger in paradise. The BEST song ever. I'm sooo excited to meet jimmy buffet in person! I'll marry him! Also, i read his autobiography called "A Pirate Looks at 50" I even made a music video to Cheeseburger in Paradise! Just ask if you want to watch it! Also, Cheeseburger in Paradise is the best RESTAURANT in the world. Thank you for reading, NiFER B.
