This is an album loaded with excellent song-craft and admirable humor. At no point does it smack of parody or condescension despite it’s self awareness. During the course of a listening session, you will either giggle with hipster knowingness, or guffaw with genuine joy. Either way, you'll find your laughter cut short and replaced with slack jawed appreciation of the astonishing musicianship. It’s the Iron Man movie of Metal albums. A callback to previous works in the genre, but utterly unique. Long live The Darkness!

Im a total classic rock lover and Queen is my all tine favorite band. My mom introduced this album to me when I was young and to me, they are the closest FULL band we have to queen. He has an amazing voice and range, the guitar is great(he's no Brian may, but come on. This guy is amazing). When ever people ask what i am listening to, i play this for them and they look at me like i am a freak. They dont know good music. My fav group from this century.
