this group is kind of confusing, they will produce really good songs like savior, whispers in the dark, and forsaken to make you think they are a really good rock group, but then you find out that the rest is like worship and gospel ehhhh...they could be better

Some say that there are better songs than this, but if you've been to their concerts they are still playing this song! The fans scream/yell for them to play it even though Comatose is all they plan on playing at the show's. This song is their best song they ever written.

Pretty Good Song

I have been listening to Skillet since their self-title debut album released in 1996. With the release of each new album, they continually find new ways to get better and better. When I stumbled across "Savior", I wondered to myself how they can keep doing this. "Savior" may not be the absolute best song on the album "Collide", but is definitely the most dynamic song, and as such, continues the Skillet tradition of making meaningful music that rocks to the core of the soul. For believers, their faith and insight grow as much as their musical edge. For those who choose not to believe, Skillet still delivers positive music with an awesome rock edge. "Savior" is a must have, as is the entire "Collide" album. I just have to wonder what will Skillet come up with next...and I can't wait to hear it!

Even if you're not into the Skillet sound, or industrial type music, Savior is one of Skillet's must-have songs for your Christian rock collection. The other "musts" are A Little More and One True Thing.

Skillet is an amazing band with amazing songs, especially the Collide album. This song is great, but other skillet songs are better. For example, My Obsession and Open Wounds are better than this song. But Collide is the best skillet song ever written.
