I've been a Willie fan since I can remember. Nothing in this album to change that. While this isn't Whiskey River this is uniquely Willie. This may not be the album to have on while your are hitting your 60 minute Zumba class however, I can't think of many other occasions that this album playing in the background wouldn't be perfect. Nice work Willie and Family. Oh, and of course happy birthday! -A local fan

Willie will be 80 at the end of this month. He continues to churn out great new albums and this one is no exception. He has also recorded a new double CD with Leon Russell and has a CD of duets with women singers, including Barbra Streisand, coming out later this year. To top it off he still performs over 200 shows a year for 1 1/2 to 2 hours per night. Waylon Jennings once said if you took Willie off the road he would be dead in 6 months. Stay out there Willie. Here's hoping the road goes on forever and the party never ends.

Just when you think a man should be settling into the twilight of life; Willie comes through (as always) with an album of updated timeless classics from a timeless artist. I've followed Willie for 46 years and seldom am disappointed. He puts a new coat on some old stand bys in the vein of Stardust and What a Wonderful World. This is truly a must have for your Willie collection or for youngsters wanting to explore the past while looking to the future. LONG LIVE WILLIE!

This is what singing and songwriting is all about! It doesn't matter what the genre is. This is a masterpiece of beautiful songs and a stunning voice performance.

You can still bring it Willie. Yep, I'm not the first to say it, but Willie could sing the phonebook and it would be worth every penny. Happy Birthday Willie . . . keep going, keep living, keep having fun. Every cut is a gem that seems to roll and bounce along effortlessly in true Willie Nelson style and know how. So cool. And kudos to the family band for hanging in there as Willie bends every song into new shapes and moods.
