Haven’t had a chance to listen to the rest of the album yet so this is for the yoga track (at this time you have to buy the whole album). The sleep/yoga track my friend found on youtube and uses it as therapy for going to sleep/relaxation. Turns out the cats respond amazingly to it as well. They will come up and just go to sleep in a blissful state. Probably good for animal therapy for those suffering from anxiety or trauma. I don’t know what’s in it, but that’s some good stuff!

Wonderful work and a masterpiece. I especially love the YOGA ASANA (The sleep music)…Highly recommend it !!
