I like when an artist releases an EP. They all seem to be the cherry on top.. And this EP from Ellie Lawson is no exception. Ellie is a musical talent that never ceases to amaze. I have the utmost respect for a musician who is not afraid to step outside their comfort zone and continue to grow. Socially minded lyrics, a pop feel, and a beautifully mixed blend of acoustic instrumentation. The harp tracks on “I Know” are a perfect example of musical artistry. With Ellie’s musical talent, the talents of her studio musicians, and the talents of her EP producer, Ian Grimble, all I can say is - Thank you, may I have another?
