This is a wonderful recording. It has great clarity and feeling. The Sixteen is a superb group. It’s only rival is the Linn recording of the first Dublin performance, also sold by iTunes. Both of these recordings have been remastered for iTunes. Good job Apple!. What is remarkable about these two recordings is that the singers seem to believe in the story they are telling. How much the world needs to listen!

This is the best Messiah I have heard. It is so lyrical and musical, with a fresh, clean sound. I felt I was hearing this well known work for the first time.

A very good recording of Handel's masterpiece! I prefer Polyphony's recording, but this is very nice as well.

apparently many don’t listen to classical…. thats crazy this was an instant classic and still is. ITS AWESOME is all you need to know for if this is good or not.
