I love the sound of the cello, and this stretches it to amazing places. I acutually wish there were more vocals. I can find classical cello in many places, but not so many places that mixes it up like this, with songs that I know. I hope there is more to come.

I've been watching their fan videos for years- at least seems like years. What amazes me the most is their classical moments. I imagine Bach, Vivaldi - maybe Satie.... gathering around a dinner date with God and watching these two make music rise to the heavens. Every so often our world gets musical hands sent to inspire the masses- don't miss these two.

The "Bang Bang" cover featuring Sky is literally the BEST BEST BEST cover I have EVER heard of a song before. I have had it on repeat. Literally her voice is so dark in this & just amazing. UGH! But I loved Sky before this came out so that might have something to do with it.
Anyways, buy the album if you want, its decent & if you don't want to buy the whole thing then at least get "Bang Bang"

I love 2Cellos on general prinicple. I think they have a unique sound and really loved their first album. That being said, this new album was hit or miss for me. I prefer the simpler feel of just the cellos and don't think the vocals or other guests were necessary. In fact I think it detracts from what made Sulic and Hauser so impressive with their initial release. The broad range of sounds they could get with just their own amazing talent.

I mean it's OK but I sort of miss the old days where they didn't add vocal features into their songs. Just the sound of their cellos was what made them unique.
