Where the Artists Go

Hayley preformed at my school today and it was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! She's soooo talented!

I had the utter pleasure of hearing Hayley sing last night in Harvard Square outside Finale where we were having dessert. Hayley's voice is as pure and emotional live as it is on this album. The fact that she is polite and sincere in person just sealed it for my entire family. We are fans.

Hayley came to my summer camp last year, she was so amazing! Her voice is awesome. I got her autograph but I think I lost it; I'm convinced she's going to be really famous soon!(:

I met Hayley Reardon last night at Paradise Cafe Dedham. Her voice is pure, raw and talented. She is also a really great approachable girl. Tribe and Where the Artists go are songs of her generation. She deserves to be really really successful and famous.

If you love song lyrics that come from somewhere and mean something, buy this album. If you love hearing stories and lyrics that you can relate to, buy this album. If you love pretty melodies, buy this album. If you love good music, buy this album. Hayley is such an incredible songwriter and singer. She's the voice for this generation. She sings about growing up in a way that nobody else has. She reaches out and says what nobody else has. She's got the wisdom of someone who has lived many years inside of her; I'm sure of it. She knows just what to say and how to say it. These songs come from somewhere and reach out to other people and remind them of their own past, their own experiences, and their own feelings. Her music is incredible and the world needs to hear it. She has pushed the limits in so many different ways on this album. She wrote and recorded a song with a wonderful Jamaican artist, and the tune is absolutely wonderful to listen to, because it shows how music can be shared between two different people, two different souls, two different countries, and two different cultures. It's absolutely amazing the way she incorporates things like poetry into her songs. She sings about her life, her dreams, and her experiences; all the while speaking to others about looking for the artist in everyone, and reminding them that they are never alone. It's not as if she's trying to do this, either. She just writes what she needs to hear; what she needs to know; what she needs out there - and she is just so good with the words she uses, that others relate to it and love her for it. You will not regret buying this album. It's got beautiful folk-like singer/songwriter tunes, and you'll come to find that her lyrics and stories were just what you needed to hear. Trust me. :)
