The Sheepdogs (Deluxe Version)

These guys are my fav. band!!! This album surpasses all previous albums, there is not one song that I don't like. Love the sourthern rock vibe frome this album! I am glad that you guys are not selling out like other artists are , and sticking to what makes the band so great. Everytime I listen to this album I just want to kick back and have a beer, which is ironic because I don't even drink beer. Keep up the good work!!!!

What a surprise find! These guys have old souls. Excellent guitars and harmonies on this album. All of these songs sound like covers of old tunes, but they're originals. They're carrying the torch for classic rock and ably so. I can hear hints of The Band, Allman Brothers, The Dead, and even The Black Keys at moments. The song Laid Back is infectious and i can't stop playing it. This is great music to drive to. It also reminds me of playing Grand Theft Auto San Andreas when driving around in the country and badlands. My favorite songs are the swampier sounding songs and you can hear some of Patrick Carney's influence on this album. There's almost no filler on this album to boot! The only song i don't like is Never Gonna Get My Love. Javelina is also a little weak, but the rest is just amazing. I look forward to more from this band and hope to hear more on the level of Laid Back and the swampy Feeling Good.
