I don't know any other writers, producers, top to bottom, do everything producer, performer that is working like G-EAZY today. His lyrics are honest, open, accessible yet not simple - he is writing, not just shouting, about real feelings. He has been offering his life and experiences up to his fans since the beginning.
Hands down the best writer, producer, performer in rap today. It is a changing form, as all are, and G is at the front of the curve moving it to places it has never been. a WOWzer!
