Bob Wolfman's “Transition” captivates. The vocals are smooth and sweet reminiscent of the days when live jazz was performed in small, intimate venues. Transition also lives up to its name by switching gears with a great cover of the blues classic "Born Under a Bad sign" and the ballad “Guess Who I Saw Today”. All in all it's a well-crafted blend of jazz, blues, and rock performed by master musicians.

Awesome 5 star album by two of the premier guitarists in jazz fusion. Larry's brilliance is equaled by Wolfman's technique and vocals. Add a killer drummer and supporting keyboard and base and you've got a dynamite album.

    Masterful and rich, exquisitely recorded.
