    Loved it! I just purchased and listened to this album and can't wait to hear it again and again. The Knights may not (yet) be a household name, but they should be and will be if they can continue this high level of performance. Eric Jacobsen did a wonderful job encouraging The Knights to their strongest performance yet. Well done.

    The performances here are phenomenal -- everything I have come to expect from the Knights. The curation of the album -- with its exciting juxtapositions and two cool arrangements -- adds to the fun.

    The Knights' Schubert is beautifully conceived and played. It combines a rare lightness and transparency of texture with fleet rhythmic incisiveness. The result is symphonic chamber music of the highest order. The remainder of the album, consisting of works by Satie, Glass, and Feldman, is approached and played with the same degree of idiomatic mastery as, and provides a fascinating foil to, the Schubert. In its programming and execution, the album itself is a genuine work of art. Don't miss this one!
