Munchi is by far the most eclectic artist I have ever listened to. This album is only the tip of the iceberg compared to his vast collection of mutated original tracks. Munchi is a monster when it comes to synthesizing this hybrid of Dutch house/reggaeton. I am genuinely inspired and amazed the more I listen. Thank you Munchi for these remastered tracks!

Munchi brings a much needed flavor to Mad Decent. Diplo has expanded beyond production and is now, finding dudes like this. Munchi has so much talent! This music is a whole other level of electronic music meeting cultural significance. White kids from the mountains of Washington state to the valleys of Tennessee will maybe learn something about Latin music. Thats an added bonus. I also dig the album artwork (Brian Life). I feel it's just as electric, loud and precise as Munchi's sonic signature.

Munchi's Mad Decent debut EP, Moombahtonista, is an essential building block to the foundation of the legacy of the genre. From the first track to the last, Munchi treated every track as if it was a major single or the main track of the EP. The music reached into its roots and finally alluded to the reggeaton by which it was inspired from. Take it from un puertorriqueño, esta música esta brutal!! Munchi is at the top of the genre as one of its leading exemplars, as a pioneer to a new sound and shift in music, as a true Moombahtonista.
