It's so rare you find an album that has that perfect mix of musicianship, fun, and great song-writing. Art 'Spike' Schloemer has really put together a great roster, and I hope there's another album in the works. This is a MUST HAVE for any avid jazz/fusion listeners!

Never understand why musicians like these guys don't get Grammy nominations. Bravo that they don't sell out to the commercial drivel that is out there. Brillant players.
  • Great Fusion

This album is excellent. I am a Hadrien fan, but these guys sure can play. I listen to this all the time when I am driving, because it is very listenable and catchy. I love the melodies, and I also love that I can enjoy it whether or not I am an engaged listener or not. Traditional Jazz people I have listened to this with say that this has grown on them.

What do you call it? Jazz, funk, indie, beat…who cares! It's fast, very rhythmic and melodic too - you'll find yourself whistling the tunes days later. Seriously, look at the top rate musicians on this - Try it, you'll like it!
