Juan Fernando has been one of the most recognizable artist and performers from Ecuador and Latin America as well on the past few years. Being able to enjoy pasillos (traditional music from Ecuador) in a new form (with the same passion) is just too much to ask.
I mean, this guy call to very-well know artist from the golden era (Miño Naranjo, Olga Guiterrez, Consuelo Vargas, Trio Pambil, Guillermo Rodríguez, Eduardo "Chocolate" Morales, among others) and the new era (Fonseca, Israel Brito,etc) to record a well.balanced set of the most know traditional pasillos.
If you can't get your hand on the cd format (which is like $8 more or so) you better push the download button ASAP!
Such a shame that there's a live concert of the whole record, plus some songs from Juan Fernando himself, in HD, that comes with a documentary of how they did the records,description in one word AMAZING!
