This is an intense album. I found myself being very moved, even shaken at times. I am hopeful to see what this young artist brings us next.

There are plenty of classical players who can play the notes on the page and make it sound good, but then there are the players who take those notes and make them their own. Some people even go beyond that. That is this album. Kutik and Bozarth take this material and truly make it their own. The interplay between the two is remarkable, and their interpretations of the pieces are unbelievable. They truly make this material feel like their own and put everything they got into each track.

What makes this album different than every other piano/violin album out there is in the intensity of Kutik and Bozarth's playing, and their interpretations of the pieces. The playing is emotional, beautiful, and incredibly produced on record. Kutik has a very unique style on the violin that makes these pieces take on a new meaning, and this album has been on repeat in my car for weeks.

Yevgeny's playing is emotional, technical, but you can tell he is feeling every note he's playing and truly is connected to this music, as is Bozarth. This album is very well done, and I'm not giving anything away- listen!
