I hate giving this cd one star. but for the majority of the past 4-5 years it seems like all these record labels are producing is a hit cd. agreed with all! this is just another comp. of songs that are already on 4-5 other hit cd's that have been released. even if I didn't own all these songs I would not support this release along with the prior comp. after comp. releases.. keep the K.O.T.G alive.

I don't know what happen this time....if you've been a long term follower of Z-ro music like i've been since the early 90's... you already have all these songs. This cd should be called a greatest hits of Ro not a new release of new songs. I'm very surprised this was released for long term fans of "The King Of The Ghetto" to give us more of the music we've loved to hear everytime you hear the words Z-ro has a new cd coming out. Very disappointed.....
I listened, I like, I bought

These are all songs off his old stuff, and I'm talking old. And it's not even close too all the hits he had. It's not something I'm going to buy because I already have all of his old CDs, but if you never heard how Ro used to put it down then get this CD, you won't be disappointed.
Still King Of The Ghetto

If you liked Z-Ro's King Of The Ghetto or VS the World, then you may already have some of these tracks but if you started liking Z-Ro in the last 5 years then you may not be aware of some of his true classics. There's a reason people talk differently about Z-Ro, there is a reason his popularity just keeps getting stronger even though he hasn't released a proper album in years. These tracks paint the picture. They are not new but classics like this never get old. "Smokers Anthem" and "I Found Me" are two of Z-Ro's best selling tracks but there's absolutely no filler on this release. "Kay-Ro" is one of my favorite lost tracks, it never appeared on a Z-Ro release until now. It's a tribute of sorts to Nate Dogg and 2Pac with Z-Ro singing on the hook and featuring verses from Z-Ro, Yungstar and Den Den. All tracks are from Z-Ro's days with Straight Profit Records. The same label that introduced the world to Yungstar and Dat Boy Grace. Z-Ro released two album for Straight Profit Records before moving on to KMJ Records, Presidential and finally Rap-A-Lot. Z-Ro is truly still King Of The Ghetto and this is the proof.
