I don't how I could say enough good here. This album is stunning in and out of context. So many moments of sustained beauty of the sort which are almost unbearably poignant. It took me a couple of months to give it a fair listen but when I did it completely blew my mind and routinely does. Highly recommend.
Lush, stunning, yet understated masterpiece

With the minimalist "Arabian Horse", GusGus has achieved noteworthy maturity/wisdom in their refined sound and writing.
The album seems seamless in its production and execution, as if one continuous movement. This is especially exquisite in the segue of 'Changes Come' to 'When Your Lover’s Gone', where the cerebral hypnotica flows like treacle. Call it organic electronica or electronic organica, this sultry treatment is sustained throughout the entire album. (The effect is quite apparent with the iTunes crossfade set at about “6”.)
Be sure to listen on a quality system, as the nuances of this masterpiece aren't to be missed.
amazing!

Not to be a dick or anything like that, I love gusgus! Can''t get enough of them. This album is awesome! I don't think they have sounded this good since they released …vs. the world. I didn't understand Forever, I just couldn't listen to it. But, the sound on the new album is just lovely. I can't wait to over-play it!!!! Kisses guys.

While they never seem to recapture the brilliance of Purple or Anthem, GusGus is finally getting back to the groove they lost two albums ago.
