This band is definitely a must hear! It's great to see that itunes added this music to it's collection of latin rock. Would like to see their complete collection on itunes including video's. Keep the music coming!!!
Recomendado, buen trabajo iTunes.

Thanks iTunes for putting variety in this store, need to put more from this group though since theres like 4 or 5 more albums. In this album we can see that Lucybell is evolving and in a good way, highly recommended for spanish rock listeners. Also recommended from this group is the new release called "Comiendo fuego".
Chile's best export since the end of Pinochet

The Chilean music scene is a rich and vibrant animal. It has been as, if not more, influental and Avant Garde than say, the Argentina or even Spain scene in the last decade. It has put out some truly important rock acts like Los Prisioneros, Los Encargados, Los 7 Delfines and of course, MTVlike darlings, La Ley. Lucybell has been on the scene for almost a decade but has only flirted with comercial success. So far (thankfully), they have not built much more than a cult following. To compare La Ley and Lucybell would be like comparing The Stones and the Beatles. Lucybell can be akin to say The Church or some other dreamy, baritone voiced alternative band form the late 80's, early 90's. It is too bad that this is the only album on Itunes since they have a veritable catalogue of excellent material. In fact, this I would count this as my least favorite album in their otherwise great career.
Parecido a La Ley (pero no tanto)/Similar to La Ley (but not that much)

I was drawn to Lucybell and this album in particular because of their similarity to another Chilean group, La Ley (who I wish would continue to make albums... ahem, Beto!), but have grown to appreciate them for who they are. There are several things that draw me back to an album: well-written lyrics delivered by interesting voices, variety (not every song sounding like the one before it), and musical vibrancy and this album has it. I particularly like "Hoy soñe," "Piedad," and "No mientas más" because they serve as perfect examples of those qualities.
Great Sound

I can truly see this band around for a long time. They have the right talent, sound and feel. Great variety of soft to harder rock.
