The first time you listen to Raphael, you have to check the release date again to be sure you're not listening to something from the late 50's. This man does an incredible job bringing the sound and vibe of old Motown into today, yet with his his own creative twist on it. Thank you again, Mr. Saadiq.

I think I'll grow on this one over time. I like the sound of it- the lack of autotune is a plus- and it just seems to have a good feel to it (sorry for being so abstract). I probably wouldn't buy this normally, but as a freebie I think I'll try it out :)
