Nick Gallant is a musical genius. This guy absorbs and re-envisions numerous styles with ease. "South Facing Slope" covers such an awesome and incredible emotional spectrum. From the Rootsy-Upbeat-Bluegrass-Stomp Pop of "My Wicked Heart", to the beautiful and moving singer-songwriter work of "Dear Olivia", "Sugar", and "Laura's Song" this album offers something for everyone. Nick's work has a substance that seems to be lacking in a lot of modern pop, can not wait for his next one!

Nick Gallant has to be one of the most talented human beings alive. In case you do not believe me, purchase his albums and give them a listen. His ability to write songs stretching across multiple genres (and blending them at the same time) is amazing. He does it so well. I have to say his new album, "South Facing Slope" is by far one of my favorite albums. The album as a whole is a great listen, I've found myself listening to it on long drives, at home, and while I'm working. If you don't buy this album and like it then something is wrong with you!
