I'm a longtime fan of Francisca and her music. Her debut album was released when she was just 20, so this song shows a shift in her musicial and sonwriting abilities. Now at 23, Francisca is a well-seasoned and respected 'indie' artist. I really liked this song when I first heard the live version about a year and a half ago. I have to admit that while I'm a fan of all of her songs, this one just has so much more power when performed live than the studio track. It doesn't do the stop justice! Also, I was a bit disappointed that this was the lead single because I have heard it before. I wished another 'new' song that hadn't been performed live had been released instead. Lyricially-speaking, this isn't as strong as some of her other works like 'Los Poderosos'. (It reminds me a little of 'Muelta' from the debut album. Not a bad song, as both are very light and fun.) Nevertheless, I still believe 100% in Francisca's abilities as a musician and cannot wait to see what else she has up her sleeve for the album in March.
