Can't beat the price

The performance is quite good, and the recording is excellent. And the entire opera for $5? This is an amazing value. (And unlike the reviewer below, my files were unmolested, and iTunes managed them perfectly.)
I was worried that at this price, there would be some catch -- somehow it would be only highlights or it would sound terrible. Much to my happiness, neither has been the case. It really is the whole opera, is really is only five bucks, and it sounds great.
You could spend 8 or 10 times as much and get a performance that is, at best, only marginally better. Only frothing Wagner snobs will have any complaint with Kegel's interpretation. I am no frothing Wagner snob, and I think it's very, very enjoyable.

Wow, absolutely great interpretation, but what the hell is going on with iTunes, hello, wake up out there, the entire opera is a total mess of unsequenced files. It took my knowledge and patience to sequence the opera the way Wagner had it composed.
iTunes, will you please treat classical music the way you treat schlocky pop music, with respect. Just because it does not sell that much, you still have a product to deliver.
