Great song, makes you pause and think, then sheds light on why we should be thankful. Cant wait to see you in NY in April.... I've got my tickets already. Hope you play this song. The journey has been long (1972 til now) but well worth my time, thank you Jon.....for sharing

This song is featured on Jon's forthcoming release, ""Survival and Other Stories", which I am fortunate enough to own. Not only is this song as good as it gets, but also, the rest of the album is an eye opener of one clear fact; they can try to replace him, but there can be only one...Jon Anderson.

Very J & V sounding, "Private Collection" era. His voice sounds great.
  • Finally - Jon is back - and even better!

For those real fans of Jon Anderson music, it does not matter if he's singing solo or with Yes, it only matters that he's singing. And with Unbroken Spirit - he does just that. A collaborative effort with Jann Castor (a multi-instrumentalist whom I'd not previously heard of - but am glad I now have) Unbroken Spirit is just the song of hope I've needed, and is a stronger than ever re-emergence of the creativeness that all us Jon fans know, love and wait for. This song has uplifting lyrics (and some will read into them a double meaning as a tribute/celebration of Jon's recovery - as have I) and it also has a melody that fans of other solo works of Jon long to hear - and it's worth the wait. The orchestrations provided by Jann are the perfect accompaniment - my only question being...where's the new album? Great teaser - but I need more! Jon & Jann - Well done and hats off to you. Can't wait for more...but I will. Keep up the exceptional work - and please come to So Cal soon.
