not great, it sounds like the micraphone was duct tapped to the speaker !! way over modulated, it sounds distorted. too bad, jimmy has some great stuff.

Great listening from beginning to end. It does not disappoint. This is a favorite for in the car on a road trip and not the typical JB songs you would normally hear.

Really brings back the good old days! The Pier, Cameron Village Underground, Raleigh, North Carolina. Good times when Jimmy would come and sit at table with the patrons! Been a fan since his beginning.

Just checking... Im listening to the previews and sound quality seems to have a lot of distortion (over-saturation). Is it just the preview, or does the album sound like this also? Thanks.

I first heard this album on Sirius Radio. It really made me remember why I have loves Jimmy Buffet for all these many years. It reminds me of those cool summer nights with a crappy old radio listening to Jimmy at the lake. Any Buffet fan should buy this album just to have a different take on his music.
Takes me back...

It's a nice change to hear Jimmy go back to the old days...the original coral reefers, so to speak. Too bad "Fingers" wasn't there, though. Also, he unfortunately left out a verse of "unpopular poet". Glad he included that great song, but sorry he left part of it out.

What an unbelievable compilation...I'm still floored about what I just heard. The Prine covers are all standouts and the variations of classics like "Come Monday" and "He Went to Paris" are stunning. Jimmy proves once again that he is one of the most underrated American legends today. We see yet another wonderful dimension of this incredible talent. Keep your blender in the cupboard for this one, though. It never really goes there. Instead, pull down a comfortable seat on the couch and imagine yourself in attendance at these ports of call, closing another amazing Buffett experience in style - indoctrinated with the Ethos of Jimmy and a whiff full of Island hospitality. See you next time...

Jimmy's cross-over and then double back to country was a nice change of pace for some of us .. then it became clear he wasn't spending as much time writing as he was covering. A tequilla, a beer, restaurants, casinos, hotels and highly profitable brands called Buffett, Chesesburger, Parrothead, or Margaritaville have led us all to the koolaid line to drink until we puke. Finally, a return to his roots .. his acoustic encores are the best part of the night if you're still standing at the end of his show. Thanks Jimmy, we needed this one!!
