The "Rock Desert mix 1" is def worth the price of admission on this GU Classic. Once you past "Trust" it is a slick mix that is precise and clean and if you can sit still while it's on, you're probably in a coma.

If you have ever had the priveledge of seeing this master play live, you will recal the pouring sweat beading down his face, the ball park frank looking back of his neck, the crazed tech-house-trance of 2-3 songs layering at once, the floor shaking beneath you, and the people having out of body experiences around you. God it's awesome This album is nothing like that. It's oddly emotional and even beautiful at times. It's not a psychotic build up of layering tracks. It did include some classic Trevor rockcliff and a Joey beltram remix. But they felt missplaced and cheap. Like they were thrown in to try and sell the album because they didnt flow as well with the newer sound he produced. Although different, I truely enjoyed it. Change is always good. But to be honest, I give 4 stars instead of five because the classic songs made it choppy, cheap, and desperate. It's still good though. It's not the surreal atmospheric trance sound a majority of GU releases have, but it does have a dancefloor appeal and some really cool tech beats most GU lack Worth the money! 4/5
