Serene for me is the most insperational song I have heard in a very long time. Typical to many Jeff Beck performances, the ability to take you on a journey to a far away land without the clutter of words.

Fabulous new stuff from the master... one problem for me though.... made a mistake and downloaded a couple of songs and THEN purchased the fine album, expecting to get the excellent "Poor Boy" which is featured as "album only" only to find you don't get it if you "complete" an album... no fair, apple! As for Beck, and his guests. stunning as always... inspirational and filled with taste and emotion.
