I've owned this album from the day it was released, and listened to it more times than I can count. I still find new pearls of wisdom - lessons of morality, ethics, community, and humanity- I'd thus far missed. I still can't get through this album without laughing, crying, sighing...and reminding myself of our responsibility to each other. P.S. : Sara Tucholsky will always bring tears to my eyes. Thank you John.

This album is great! John McCutcheon is a great singer/songwriter as well as storyteller. I hope you get to see him in concert! If you buy the CD it comes as a double CD. The first 5 songs were part of a storytelling festival he was a part of. That would be a great way to break up the CDS, if you choose to back them up. I like a lot of his songs but one of my favorite's is "Old People In Love". His music is entertaining and educational. Great music!
