  • Great Album!

This is a terrific album for rocking out. It's one you'll have on permanent rotation. It reminds me of summer and going to Grateful Dead shows. The musicianship is excellent with production that doesn't get in it's own way. I definitley recommend it!

This is a solid piece of musicianship with a 70's mellow/groovy, singer/songwriter, country-rock vibe to it. At times, you feel like you're listening to a lost album from that decade by Neil Young, the Eagles, Loggins & Messina, or even America (I mean that as the highest praise - I like all those artists). Overall, the album's got a great vibe and flows very nicely - I recommend it.

"The Knuckles" debut album is a wonderful accomplishment by two very talented musicians: Garrett Deloian and Rodney Newman. Most of the songs remind me of the gentle, sweeping motions of California Rock... sitting in the hills, watching the sunset over Los Angeles, and the lights twinkle. There is also a sense of fun with lyrics I find myself pondering. Overall, this is one of my favorite albums to listen to before bed - it eases me into a restful night hearing good songs and experiencing great dreams.

I think you guys producing it yourselves, instead of Glyn Johns, was the right thing to do. And the guitar sound is . . . incindiary. Incendiary. Way to go.
