More of the same but that's really good. Love that Stanhope is still doing the same kind of horribly offensive material we love him for. You know how Carlin got angrier as he grew older... and by the time he reached his final 5 or 6 years most of his show was about his complete disgust with the general public and humanity in general? And it was wonderful? Well, I'm not comparing Stanhope to Carlin but I will say that it is really beautiful that, at a relatively young age, Stanhope already has that hatred fully in place and delivers it very well. Another good one...

Great album, he seems more reflective in this one. A treat. A man truly living on the edge. He's hilarious and makes you think if you're capable of doing so. Love you Doug! Buy this!

freaking awesome love this cd

I loved Bobbie Barnett! Checked this out and thought I was listening to Dave Attell's brother.

doug stanhope has never released a cd that was not funny, topical and timely. he has a clear point of view and knows how to incite the crowd and make them laugh. he will be remembered for a long time to come. hopefully he doesn't have to die first to reach the level of idolotry that bill hicks did. yes doug, you ruined the man show and it was a piece of ****. you rule!

I'm convinced this is Doug Stanhope's first album purely fueled by coke and profit. It's fast and scattered just like every powder room visit should be. I prefer his cough syrup driven style but this album is well worth a listen. Get vasectomized and drive fast while listening.....for the sake of the planet.

Whoa! I keep expecting/fearing that Doug to start the decline and put out a crappy album - nope, not the case!! This is another great CD full of his typical insightful and piercing humor. It's a great set and I just wish it were longer... "When will Mother Theresa start xxxxxxxxx" classic Doug!! PS - iTunes, when will we get "The Great White Stanhope"?????????????????

I felt compelled to blog about this CD considering the second track on the CD itself about bloggers. Doug, if you're reading this in Copenhagen after the show at 4am, you're the funniest comedian out there right now. This CD is a pretty good representation of his work.

He hasn't lost a step - this is a fantastic set.

This is the best comedy release of the year by far. His outlook on life is unique, dark, and extremely funny. Long Live Stanhope!!!
