People were COOL. Jazz was big as it always has been since Miles Davis went to Japan. The song "No Secrets" ran as the music for the weather forecast daily on FM Tokyo for more than 20 years and stopped right when I needed the money to get married! Oh well. Happo En was always kind to me and God bless Paul Morita for all he did to promote jazz in Japan!
