I was there for both shows. The atmosphere was electric and the band fed of the audiance. One of my favorite shows. The opening Jack Straw set the tone for the show

This is absolutely one of the Deads best live cd's. They sound revitalized with Brent!

The proformances are concise and polished. They really are on fire here and every song is pure magic from start to finish. One of the best Jack Straws I have ever heard and playing it into Franklin's is a very nice touch. They just sound so good and refreshed here. It's hard to pick favorites and there is no weak point. I love the Stranger>Althea>Sailor> Saint combo. The sound quality is so good and it sounds like it was played yesterday. A gem for any deadhead's collection.
Bone chilling...

The version of Peggy-O here alone is worth getting this album. Hearing Jerry sing that song, especially this version, sends shivers up my spine. Also this has perhaps the best solo in "Feel Like a Stranger" that I can remember in any version. Definitely a great buy.
Partially great

This has the best Lazy Lightning>Supplication you may ever hear. Smooth transition, and at the end of Supplication, Jerry really does credit to the crescendos. Don't judge those songs 'til you've heard these versions.
However, that, to me, is by far the highlight of the show. Dare I say consider DL'ing those two songs alone. The rest is very par.
Very Nice...

This has one of my favorite versions of "Jack Straw"... Very strong performances from both nights. My only complaint would be that The "Alabama Getaway" kinda got away from them. (way too fast)
Good Run

This is live Grateful Dead, no altering by the studio. So, you get to listen to them as if you're in a Grateful Dead concert. There are classic tracks hear and possibly sound better than their studio album versions. Get it if you like rock n roll.
