A Deff. Dirt Dee. and DJ Absolute manage to create an album that makes you want to stand up and get down at the same time. ;] Cardboard Cut Outs is Soulcrate's first album with black clover and they brought it big. Don't pick and choose songs. you need all of them. and you need their other CD's too, lets be honest. Also, check em out live if you're lucky enough to have them pass through your city.

i own all of the soulcrate cd's so far. (from the neck up, obviously bothered, adef eisenhower, dirt dee, and their cd from when they were called urban ills).
the group continues to grow lyrically, musically, and successfully. Carboard Cut Outs #1 is the best audio and lyrical quality to date.
being from sioux falls, i have seen them many times and enjoy their performaces thoroughly.
if you like these guys. check out the others on Black Clover Records. (mac lethal, grieves).

As a kid in North Dakota it's great to hear quality music coming out of this area. There's no doubt that Soulcrate Music is going to flourish under the Black Clover label. You're missing out if you don't support these artists.

In their first album under the "Black Clover" label, adef & dirt dee show a new level of maturity while skill having the time of their lives. "Rap Music from the Middle of Nowhere" is the new Mid-West anthem. And the Grieves produced "Novocaine Rain" is my pick for single of the year. Other standouts are "Burnouts" & "Save a Horse Kill a Cowboy".
