This album has some pretty cool songs on it. It has in my opinion what is one of the best switch foot songs ever made; This Is Home. If you try to purchase this particular song from another album, it is $1.29, but here its only $0.99. I highly recommend this song, Along with Dare You To Move.

I bought this album not ever really knowing Switchfoot, although I've heard about them in the past. I did some research and found out that Michael Hyatt uses "This is your life" as the intro tune for his podcast aptly named "This Is Your Life" and I loved the message and the overall tune so I decided to repay the good vibes I felt thru that one song with the purchase of Switchfoot's entire album…liking it so far, very solid album, wish I heard paid more attention to them back in 2007-ish. Hyatt's podcast is very cool too!
