I bought this album on CD and imported it in the 256kbps option. All of the songs on this album are great. I did notice, however, there are 2 country-like themed songs on this album. But overall I would recommend buying this album for the price iTunes has it for. Staind did a great job on this album.

Good overall album, demonstrates desire and dedication. I like there old stuff a lot but this makes up for it. There two strong songs in this album are defenitley "This Is It" and "Believe". Keep on making albums staind!!!
