Starbucks gave me an iTunes card with my purchase recently so I came home and put in the serial number to try out this singer, Raphael Saadiq, who looks interesting. The song did not download, it gave me an error message saying this album is not available for sale in iTunes US store. I emailed starbucks and apple, but never received a response, but they did email to ask for a review of the free download.
Apple, while you're busy Thinking Differently, try some customer service.
