How is every song 1.29 when the album came out prior to the random itunes price increases? Guess they adjusted the prices after the album/band got popular... really lame, won’t be purchasing.
A bit disappointing

It's a fine album but it doesn't compare to their other stuff. This shouldn't be the first you buy, it's worth the listen but it's not really worth it to buy it.
Best of The Best

MMJ is one of the greatest rock bands of our generation, if not the best. And, this album is, in my opinion, their greatest studio production. So many great hits on this album. As the years go on, these songs keep getting better and are turning into classics. The band continues to play them live and turn them into goosebumps producing masterpieces. Although it is virtually impossible to say which is the best, Steam Engine is certainly tops for me. Golden is another great song, while Run Thru is one of the best guitar songs ever played in rock and roll music. Face melting. One Big Holiday is a fun jam, and Master Plan produces an eerie sensation that you want to feel over and over again. This is the best money that you will spend on an album!

This is easily their best album. They are true to their roots, with no electronic crap taking the place of guitars. They are like a classic rock band on most of this album. Great jamming, great sound, great lyrics. I don't know why they felt like they had to ditch this sound for what they sound like now. Maybe one day when all the people who only like Evil Urges, or Circuital disappear, they'll get back to the sound of this album and the two previous.
Fine album!

My Morning Jacket has literally changed my whole view on life and especially music. This album is one of the best. I used to be an angry guy all the time just going off on people. Now I'm as mellow as Marley. Jim James, Tom Blankenship, Carl Broemel, Patrick Hallhan and Bo Koster are life changers.

Just yes.
Also if you like this band, you might wanna check out "monster's of folk" which is a band that includes the lead singer of this band Jim James in it. Also Connor Oberst from the "bright eyes" is in that band. Enjoy this album, I feel like it has almost a very warm and kinda homey feel to it, and can be listened to for mostly any mood you're in. Ahh, Noticeably great songs on this album would be, "golden", "magheetah", "one big holiday"... And jeez just about every other song here haha. Enjoy:-)

Favorite album of all time, hands-down. Every song, with the exception of One In the Same (in my opinion), is amazing. It's an album you can really listen to in any mood. Steam Engine is just mind-blowing. Please buy and listen to this album immediately
