The only Bachatero to survive the transition from being a Bar and brothel singer to being one of the best in his class of Bachateros. Luis is the real representation or image of bachata. He resembles the struggles and hard ships of being a bachatero when singing bachata was considered low and for the poor classes and for now being part of everyone music repertoire. In relation to this CD, it is one of his best since Loco de Amor. "Como a las Diez" is a beautiful bachata with lyrics that we can only expect to hear in high diction Pop Baladas..
