I remember sitting at Melanies feet with by hand on her knee as she sang these songs on stage. It was like a wonderful dream to be a 15 year old fan that was allowed to get so close to a superstar like Melanie.( And she WAS a superstar in those days) To me (now 55) Melanie is still a superstar. Just buy her new (2010) album titled "Live in the United Kingdom" download here on i-tunes and you will see what I mean. BOTH Are great recordings.

This is a great live album for anyone familar with Melanie's music. Her unique voice and lyrics will mesmerize you. I had this album when I was young and loved it. I'm thrilled to see it available on itunes.
