This album while not the best of the Zapp albums is still essential with Heartbreaker & I Can Make You Dance. My brother has all the original vinyl LP's and these are songs that still are some of the best ever put to record.

folks, if you are a fan of Zapp and Roger, this album is for sure worth the low cost of $5.99... First off, this album was NOT on CD until, I believe, 2002 or later- prior to that, the only way to hear these full length versions of "Heartbreaker" and "I can Make You dance" was to dig up the original vinyl...that said, you also gotta still check for "Play Some Blues", it does not feature the Talk Box, but it is still a funky, upbeat "long lost" Zapp jamm from that era with a similar style and feel to "Doo Wah Ditty"...the side two is the smoothed out side but the songs are still cool, you get a more wide scope to the varied musical styles of Roger, from ballads to R&B Jazz to out and out Funk... Granted, "Doo Wah Ditty Live" is more of a comedy "skit", it is not actually a live recording of the song, But, in general People, if you like Old School Funk and the music of the late Roger, to me, this is a no brainer....
